About the role

Lockheed Martin Commercial Engine Solutions Canada is looking for a candidate to join our Program Management a Customer Service Team to fulfill an internship position for business administration role. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in a variety of administrative tasks, focusing on gathering insights from diverse data sources to construct and automate meaningful key performance indicators (KPIs) that guide our strategic decisions. Collaborating closely with subject matter experts, you will navigate our intricate internal systems to develop efficient and relevance of data reporting, aligning it with our customer communication strategies. Your efforts will enhance our reporting capabilities and streamline our processes. Additionally, you will support the customer service team with essential back-office tasks such as data tracking and transaction recording in our system, contributing to our operational efficiency. By the conclusion of your internship, you will have developed comprehensive business documentation and reporting, leaving a lasting imprint on our team. Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with experts to understand data and reporting sources.
  • Develop and refine KPIs to support our business objectives.
  • Ensure data accuracy and alignment with our communication strategies.
  • Explore opportunities to enhance process and reporting efficiency.
  • Support customer service team with data validation and tracking as well as performing transactions in different IT systems
  • Create detailed work instruction to support the reporting generation.

What you bring to the role

  • Business administration or Industrial engineering study looking for a 8 to 12 months coop internship
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
  • Initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration.
  • Attention to detail an a commitment to accuracy.
  • Focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and Tableau
  • Bilingual French / English
