Summary

The administrative assistant works closely with the support team to provide assistance and full administrative support to employees in Administrative Solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and review documents;
  • Verify the expense reports for the Administrative Solutions department;
  • Prepare documents for benefit calculation mailings;
  • Work in a computerized environment: Sharepoint, Cloud, Teams, etc.;
  • Handle administrative questions and electronic data transfers, etc.;
  • Do file follow-up and complete the information for file updates;
  • Do the monthly billing;
  • Draft letters.

Succeeding as an Administrative Assistant requires the following core qualifications and skills:

  • Bilingual: English and French, spoken and written; proficient in both grammars;
  • Secretarial or office technology training;
  • At least two years of experience;
  • Excellent command of Excel and Word;
  • Ability to effectively manage own priorities, based on the urgency of the work;
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines;
  • Good team player;
  • Availability, flexibility, discretion and enthusiasm;
  • Excellent organizational skills, initiative and judgment;
  • Comfortable with ambiguity;
  • Secretarial experience, ideally in a consultancy environment.
