What you’ll do

  • Coding and batching all EFT payments received from all franchise accounts.
  • Apply payments received from the franchisees.
  • Generate accurate Statements of Accounts on a bi-weekly basis and forward to franchisees (currently done via email).
  • Responsible for Store/Client Set-Up in People Soft’s Customer Master Module as well as subsequent Maintenance when required.
  • Responsible for updating Monthly Exchange Rate in A/X.
  • Other clerical work such as preparing & sending out Notices to our Vendor Base for any store status changes and maintain the database up-to-date.
  • Key contributor and publisher of communications for the Finance area for our communication portal-CLIC.
  • Assist AR and Claims Coordinator as backup of AR tasks when needed.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly store sales stats and proceed with the store’s royalty billing.
  • Be Steadfast in providing service to our franchise Network.

What you bring

  • Working experience 3 to 5 years in a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
  • Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (advanced level)
  • Attention to detail
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Time management
  • Minimum Secondary Education diploma preferably with a vocational study in Finance or Administrative Support Program (DEP)
  • Working knowledge of AS400 and PeopleSoft software an asset
