McCain Produce Inc. is currently seeking a results-oriented team player in Summerside, PEI in the role of Admin Coordinator. Reporting to the General Manager, this position is responsible for the overall administration at the Baker Fresh potato packing shed.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Front office reception, manage phone calls and visitor traffic.
• Preparing customs and shipping documents.
• Generate invoices and grower payables.
• Daily and monthly production reporting.
• Processing purchases and freight invoices for payment.
• Inventory movement and tracking.
• Provide support to Health & Safety and other industry audits.
• Other administrative duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

• Post secondary education in Business or Office Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of one year's experience in office administration and/or accounting.
• Demonstrated skill with prioritization and time-management in a busy environment.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and work with speed and accuracy.
• Professional level communication skills (both oral and written)
• Tact and diplomacy - ensure professionalism when dealing with internal customers and outside vendors
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships.
• Experienced with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
