In this role you will provide front line administrative support to the day-to-day operation of the Osgoode Hall Law School in support of the Osgoode community. You will also providefront line service in the Office of the Executive Officer including reception services, building facilities support, books rooms/space, schedules various groups/meetings/events, monitors a variety of generic emails and general office administrative support.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will bring the following:
High School diploma with completion of some college-level courses in related discipline or an equivalent of 1-year recent experience and 2 years of recent related experience providing front line customer services, administrative, space and event support preferably in a university setting. This includes experience monitoring multiple email addresses, booking space, supporting event planning, facilitating various services (such as room bookings, access control, scheduling) and reporting day-to-day building facilities issues. Experience using Maximo (or similar system), room booking/space management system and learning management system required.
