Under the supervision of the Administrative Manager, Receptionists are responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer service assistance. This entails answering calls and fielding them accordingly, addressing visitor questions and needs, and providing an overall welcoming environment and other clerical duties
The Receptionist is required to perform their duties in a manner consistent with the Salvation Army Meighen Health Centre's core values, ensure resident safety, and demonstrate customer service excellence while responsible for planning, implementation and evaluation of programs and services provided to the residents.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Shifts: Monday to Friday 2:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
