The Opportunity:

Under Sunwing Vacations, we are looking for an Executive Assistant, to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible to act as the support person for the Sunwing Vacations Group Executive Leadership team. In this role, you will take on various administrative and organizational needs, and acting as a strong gatekeeper for correspondence for the Leadership team including creating reports and PowerPoint presentations for both internal and external view. The position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer for Sunwing Vacations and will be supporting both the President of Sunwing Vacations and the CMO. Position is located in Toronto, ON. What You'll Do:

  • Overseeing all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, reports, and internal correspondence
  • Keeping the executive's calendar up to date, including adding events, rescheduling appointments, and providing daily briefings
  • Acting as the gatekeeper for internal and external contacts, including vendors, employees and customers as required.
  • Conducting research and creating reports on various marketing and tour operational topics based on the needs of each executive.
  • Create and develop visual presentations for the Executive Leadership team.
  • Organize Department Meetings as required and take minutes for distribution as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Post-secondary degree/diploma in marketing or communications.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Strong sense of prioritization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced organization, both independently and within a team
  • Excellent communication skills, customer service and sales
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
