We are hiring a Service Administrator/Scheduler to support our Fire Division with our Ottawa branch. In this role, the successful candidate will coordinate/schedule fire division inspections, repairs, and renovations for our field staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate/schedule fire division inspections, repairs, and renovations
  • Processing and tracking work orders and associated invoices
  • Review staff expense claims and submit them to head office
  • Manage branch expense records
  • Review all employee information for personnel and ensure accurate and timely reports are forwarded to Head Office
  • Inventory management
  • Assist in preparation of quotes and proposals
  • Other administrative duties as required

Qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and a high level of computer proficiency
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordination/Scheduling experience an asset
  • Professional communication in all forms of correspondence (verbal and written)
  • 2-year diploma in business/office administration or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience preferred
