Your Role on our Team: The Pool Representative is responsible for the Pool and Party Room facilities and ensures that all policies, procedures, and regulations are adhered to.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide excellent customer service to residents by professionally handling questions and complaints as well as providing facility tours;
  • Performs regular facility walk-through in order to supervise and monitor the pool, change rooms facilities and party room;
  • Ensures on-going completion of daily cleaning responsibilities;
  • Ensures on-going maintenance of all facilities by placing service/maintenance calls for broken, damaged, defective items;
  • Perform water tests and adjusts chemicals in swimming pool as required;
  • Maintains current qualifications: SFA, CPR-C, WHMIS ;
  • Enforces all pool rules/regulations and safe practices including ratios and age requirements;
  • Assists management team to achieve department goals such as maintaining high guests satisfaction scores;
  • Assist main office with administrative work as require
  • Continuously pursues cost effective alternatives to improve financial performance in all areas;
  • Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.

We would like you to have:
Education: High school is required. A University Degree or College Diploma is considered an asset.
Experience: A minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of relevant work experience.
