We are looking for a Part-Time Office clerck to work from 8:00-12:00, 20 hours/week

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Receive goods in the computer system (Karmak)
  • Follow up on purchases, invoicing, accounts receivable and cash balancing
  • Payment of suppliers and deposits
  • Perform various clerical tasks (filing, data entry, photocopying, etc.);
  • Related tasks.


  • Vocational diploma in office administration or accounting;
  • Have 2 years experience in a similar position;
  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Bilingualism;
  • Excellent organizational skills and autonomy.
