Performance Requirements and Expectations:

  • Receive and record dental cases
  • Process work orders
  • Filing
  • Invoicing
  • Data Entry
  • Work in a team environment
  • Answering incoming calls in a professional and timely fashion
  • Other tasks as requested

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Must be bi-lingual
  • Willing to learn dental terminology & products
  • Multi-tasking, prioritizing and team work skills
  • Good computer skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Full time position: Monday – Friday 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
