Student Administrative Assistant - HR and Payroll

• General Administrative duties, filing, faxing, and photocopying
• Enter data accurately and efficiently into company database
• Provide Administrative support
• Other duties as assigned

• Training: Updating and maintaining training database; assisting with New Hire Orientation
• Payroll: Prepare new employee files; payroll distribution; ad hoc reports
• Health and Safety: Updating and maintaining records

• Currently enrolled in a Business Administrative program, or related
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving ability, time management skills and interpersonal skills
