We are looking for 2 temporary Energy Delivery Schedulers to join our Energy Delivery Services team. Reporting to the Work Plan Manager, you will be responsible for creating and communicating short- and long-term work plans for our field resource groups.
Note: These are temporary positions with expected end dates of June 2025 and December 2025
You will effectively utilize resource allocation and work management technologies, systems, and tools to optimize the best solutions in scheduling resources to effectively meet customer commitments and cost effectiveness. You will optimize annual productivity of resources and work management processes through development of efficient work plans and utilizing long-range forecasts.
The Energy Delivery Scheduler is responsible for ensuring Resource Work Management Service Levels and Productivity reporting is completed and reviewed weekly, and action plans for scheduling system corrections/improvements are implemented as required.
You will also manage relationships with operations managers, customer service, control center operations, engineering, procurement, 3rd party services, etc.
You will be responsible for your personal safety and that of co-workers by observing and ensuring compliance with all Occupational Health and Safety Rules and Regulations. You will be accountable for environmental performance as it relates to the environmental management system processes and initiatives.
You must be flexible and be available for overtime during peak seasons and after hour emergency service restoration.
