Are you a strong and dedicated Office Administrator with a passion for corporate travel? Do you love to plan events and promote positive team culture?

Job Summary

This is a unique and diverse role offering candidates an opportunity to work in an office administration capacity whilst promoting and leading corporate culture initiatives and coordinating and leading our Corporate Travel Program.


This position is located in Vancouver, BC.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Create a system and process for managing corporate travel
  • Coordinate and organize travel program with the support of a Corporate Travel Management Company
  • Manage travel spend in a most cost effective manner
  • Provide relocation support to our employees, help coordinate visa’s and COVID-19 travel tests
  • Provide general office administration support
  • Plan and coordinate monthly team activities and promote a general sense of positive corporate culture (ie. monthly lunches, after work activity, yoga, etc...)
  • Coordinate annual office events


About You

  • Accountable. You take responsibility for your actions, and deliverables by following through on commitments and making sure others do the same.
  • Priorities driven. You can juggle multiple ongoing projects and you are capable of shifting priorities on short notice and manage extensive employee travel between countries.
  • Knowledgeable. You have expense management experience and travel management experience.
  • Global mindset. You seek opportunities to actively stay up to date with what’s happening around the world, and incorporate that mindset into your daily work.
  • Experienced. You have 3-4 years in an Office Administration capacity.


Bonus Points if You

  • Have worked in the tech space
  • Are familiar with travel visa applications for countries such a Ukraine, Vietnam & United Kingdom
  • Have event planning experience
