Busy Real Estate Office is looking to hire a self-motivated office administrator to join our team!

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Office organization and day to day operations
  • In charge of daily office communications
  • Filing and communicating with the Real Estate Board and BC Financial Services Authority
  • Data entry and MLS maintenance
  • Preparing documents
  • Database management
  • Updating and improving websites
  •  Social media content creation and management
  • Light clean-up/tidying around the office
  • Office supply management
  • Agent on-boarding
  • Graphic design and distribution
  • Event management and organization of large scale client events

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (required)

Experience:

  • Administrative assistant: 3 years (required)
  • Marketing: 2 years (required)
  • Graphic design experience
  • Event management experience is preferred

Skills and Qualities:

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Positive personality
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • High level of computer proficiency
  • Computer programs including Google Suite, MS Word, Excel, ADOBE PRO
  • Strong work ethic and results driven

* Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada

Job Types:

  • Full-time, Permanent

Salary:

  • $45,000.00- $50,000.00 per year
