Working hours: 35 hours per week.

  • Write and handle internal and external company documents such as reports, memos, and emails, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Manage documents such as contracts, invoices, and shipping documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Responsible for maintaining and organizing archival records of the company’s paper and electronic
  • Handle customer orders, including order confirmation, tracking order progress, arranging for shipment, and ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service requests to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain good communication and relationships with customers.
  • Supervise and manage company inventory, including inbound and outbound shipments, inventory counting, and updating inventory records.
  • Establish officer procedures, manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintenance of office equipment, procurement of office supplies, office safety, and environmental hygiene
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to coordinate and resolve various issues and tasks, ensuring smooth operation of company activities.


  • Completion of a college diploma.
  • Language: English
  • Minimum one year of professional experience as an Administrative Assistant
