As an Administrative Associate within CBI Health, you will be the face and voice of this accredited, innovative community health care organization providing high-quality services in our Nanaimo clinic.

If you have professional customer service skills that are enhanced by a can-do attitude, this role would be a great opportunity to join the CBI Health Group.

This role will be supporting our CBI Health Community Rehab Services Clinic - Custom Transit Assessment Program Located at 6596 Applecross Road.

Your Role
As the Administrative Assistant, you will:

  • Direct incoming calls
  • Coordinate referrals for one of our busy programs
  • Perform general office duties and provide administrative support.

What you will need to be successful
To take on the role of Administrative Assistant, you must have:

  • Post-secondary education in medical office / business administration is an asset
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in an admin, reception or customer service role
  • All team members are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide proof of vaccination upon hire or provide a valid medical exemption
  • Strong skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a publishing program (e.g., Microsoft Publisher)
  • A professional customer service attitude
  • A creative approach with a can-do attitude
