Our office is open 7 days a week and offers a wide range of dental services, with a strong focus on quality, hospitality, and patient trust. We are looking for a polished, personable, and highly organized Dental Receptionist / Patient Experience Coordinator to join our front desk team. About the Role This role is ideal for someone who understands that the front desk is not just administrative, it is the first impression of the entire office. You will be responsible for creating a warm, professional, and seamless experience for every patient while supporting daily office flow, scheduling, billing, insurance, and communication. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls professionally and warmly Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments Check patients in and out Manage recalls and help maintain a full schedule Understand basic insurance processes, billing, and payment collection Reconciling Insurance issues Support treatment scheduling and patient follow-up Maintain accurate patient records Provide clear communication between patients, providers, and the clinical team Deliver a 5-star service experience to every patient Help keep the reception area organized, calm, and professional Support the office team in a fast-paced, high-standard environment What We’re Looking For: Minimum 1-2 years of dental, healthcare, or relevant patient-facing experience Dental office experience strongly preferred ClearDent experience preferred but not required Strong communication skills Warm, polished, and professional presence Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable discussing scheduling, billing, insurance, and payments Strong attention to detail Team-first attitude Willingness to learn the full dental business Personality fit is mandatory Schedule: Eleven Dental is open 7 days a week. Office hours: Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Full-time and part-time schedules may be available. Evening and weekend availability is an asset.
