We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Production Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys supporting a busy production environment, coordinating information across departments, and helping keep operations running efficiently. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the Production Manager, Shop Managers, Office Administrator, and production staff. The successful candidate will be highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and willing to take initiative to support the success of our operations. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To Filing and scanning safety documentation Preparing shipping and receiving documents Creating and maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and production-related documentation Entering and maintaining data within our ERP system Assisting with project schedules and production tracking Supporting material tracking and inventory records Coordinating information between the shop floor and office staff Providing general administrative support to production and management teams Assisting with special projects and other duties as assigned Qualifications Preference will be given to candidates who possess: A minimum of three years of office administration experience, preferably in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy The ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills A Business Administration Degree, Diploma, or Certificate would be considered an asset.
