Responsibilities Compile and finalize estate planning documents including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts and reporting documentation; Assist with preparing probate applications, court filings and related follow-up. Draft standard legal documents - Affidavits of Execution for Wills; motion/hearing confirmation forms; engagement letters, correspondence, etc. Manage court filings, scheduling, deadlines, and file organization including diarizing limitation periods, litigation schedules etc. Assist with preparation for litigation proceedings including: trials, motions, mediations, and case conferences. Schedule virtual and in-person meetings directly with clients and other advisors and maintain schedule; Attend as a second witness for execution of Wills and Powers of Attorney (virtual and in-person) Scan, file and e-file documentation Assist with accounting, opening and closing files, conflict searches, docketing, and billing, etc. Daily administrative tasks and clerical duties as assigned. This is a hybrid position, with the opportunity to work remotely 1 day a week (after one-month in-office introductory training period). Compensation The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 annually; the base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal and market equity. What you’ll do
