Job Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis Monday through Friday 9am to 1pm (20 hours a week). This role supports the day-to-day administrative and cash handling functions of our UTM Dining Services operations, ensuring smooth and accurate office processes. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (minimum) College diploma in Office Administration, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset Previous experience in cash handling or office administration preferred; experience handling cash and balancing cash receipts is highly valued Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), particularly Excel Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision Additional Information Dexterra Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
