What You'll Do Welcome clients, visitors, and employees Answer and direct incoming calls Support the Executive Administrative Director Coordinate couriers, mail, and office supplies Keep reception and shared office areas professional and organized Assist with meetings, events, and office projects Help with recruitment and interview coordination Assist with employee onboarding and HR administration Support marketing, communications, and special projects Take on greater responsibility as your skills develop Requirements You Could Be a Great Fit If You Are: Bright, friendly, and eager to learn Confident and professional Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable speaking with people Dependable and punctual Proactive rather than waiting to be told what to do Comfortable using Microsoft Office Open to feedback and quick to apply what you learn Interested in developing a career in administration, HR, recruitment, marketing, or business operations 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred, including reception, administration, customer service, hospitality, retail, or another professional/client-facing environment. Recent graduates with strong transferable experience and demonstrated potential are also encouraged to apply. You don't need five years of receptionist experience. We're more interested in what you can become than how long you've already been doing the job.
