This position is based at corporate office in Ancaster (8:30AM to 4:30PM) and reports directly to the Accounting Supervisor. Job Duties Preparation of customer invoices on a weekly basis based on field execution Ability to meet the high paced volume of data entry while maintaining accuracy Working with both operations and finance teams for accurate reporting (Reviewing accuracy of the work performed by operations to ensure accurate billing to the client with supporting documentation) Prepare invoices based on customer contract pricing, customer requirements and review details for accuracy (Utility) Ensuring records and files are accurate Conduct research and resolution of Accounts Receivable issues Reconciliation work as required Performing data searches; recording and analyzing results Cross training with another team member to provide back-up support for different contracts Qualifications Diploma in Accounting, Business or a related discipline Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel Strong attention to detail and highly organized Able to prioritize multiple demands Able to work independently and with little direction, following instructions accurately Additional Information Annual Salary: $50 000 to $ 55 000 Davey provides ongoing training and career advancement opportunities Excellent Benefits package Employee-owned company with stock purchase available after 6 months of service. Requirements

Candidates should hold a diploma in Accounting, Business, or a related discipline. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are required.
