Record consumption in ERP system to track material flow and ensure that materials are allocated efficiently and used in line with production schedules. Ensure real-time inventory updates to prevent shortages or overstocking. Work-in-progress monitoring; track materials used in partially completed products. Generate travelers for custom integrated products. Perform daily stock checks and ensure inventory accuracy in the system. Label, organize, and store inventory properly to maintain an efficient workflow. Manage employee Requests for Inventory (RFI). Assist with inventory transfers between departments. Stock Auditing & Loss Prevention: Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits. Identify and report stock discrepancies, shortages, or damages. Assist in investigating inventory variances and implementing corrective actions. Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in ERP systems. Prepare inventory reports, including stock levels, discrepancies, and reorder alerts. Provide administrative support to manufacturing as needed. Assist in generating inventory forecasts based on historical data. Communication and Cooperation: Work closely with procurement, shipping & receiving and production teams. Communicate low stock levels and reorder needs to management. Ensure adherence to ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols. Comply with all company policies and safety procedures. Demonstrate a “whatever it takes” attitude with flexibility to work overtime when needed. Required Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred). Certification in inventory management or warehouse operations an asset. 1+ years of experience in inventory management, warehousing, or logistics. Proficiency in inventory tracking software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, QuickBooks, or MS Excel). Experience with barcode scanners, RFID systems, or ERP software. Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and reporting abilities. Basic mathematical skills for stock calculations and recordkeeping. Ability to work independently and within a team. Excellent interpersonal and cooperative skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
