Job summary
Position – Mail Clerk Rep ( Full Time ) Location – 7250 Mile End Hours of Operation – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Daily Duties Sort incoming Canada Post and interbranch mail. Complete mail runs as required Pickup, sort and ship out mail via Symcor Sort and distribute mail in bags arriving from different province. Log and deliver incoming mails & courier packages Prepare courier packages for shipment via various courier companies. Log in phone, computer and respond to messages. Ensure courier drivers sign in and out when they enter and leave the building. Assist courier with inquiry for delivery to clients. Pick up and deliver Iron Mountain Other duties as assigned. Prerequisites Completion of Secondary School or equivalent. Computer and Software skills. Customer Service skills. Operate pump truck and mail cart. Health and Safety training. Able to lift & pick up ( 50 lbs ) Must speak and understand French & English. The hourly wage range for this position is 17.00$. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
