We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Office Administrator to help coordinate and support all areas of our operations. This role will work closely with our management team and senior leadership, and is central to keeping our organization running efficiently. Manage day-to-day office operations to maintain an efficient and organized workspace. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage correspondence professionally. Maintain files, records, and databases, ensuring everything is accurate and up-to-date. Assist in scheduling meetings, events, and appointments, coordinating logistics as necessary. Support various departments with administrative tasks and special projects. Ensure that office supplies and equipment are well-maintained and stocked. Uphold company policies and procedures while promoting a positive team environment. Qualifications: Previous experience in an administrative role or office management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
