Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support high-volume data processing activities. This role is responsible for accurately entering, verifying, updating, and maintaining data while ensuring quality and productivity standards are met. Key Responsibilities Enter data from source documents into internal systems with a high degree of accuracy. Review and verify information before processing. Identify, investigate, and correct data discrepancies. Compare entered data against source documents to ensure accuracy. Maintain logs and records of completed work. Meet established productivity, quality, and service-level expectations. Required Skills Strong data entry skills with the ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to accurately document and maintain customer information. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word. Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly. Strong time management and multitasking abilities. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in data entry, operations, administration, or processing roles. Basic knowledge of banking, financial services, or investment products is an asset.
