Bakery Clerk

Job summary

The Bakery Clerk is responsible for preparing, baking, and displaying bakery products while maintaining high sanitation and equipment standards. They must also provide superior customer service and manage inventory ordering and receiving.

Job details

Duties will include but not limited to: · Maintain and display all types of bakery products according to standards · Prepare, bake, wrap, price and stock product as required and assigned · Provide proper maintenance of equipment, monitor temperatures and clean equipment regularly · Maintain sanitation standards · Ordering and receiving · Provide a superior level of customer service The successful candidate would be expected to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends. Requirements

The successful candidate must be able to work a variety of shifts including weekends and possess excellent communication skills. Physical requirements include the ability to lift between 20 and 50 pounds regularly.
