Reporting to the Bakery Team Leader, responsibilities for the position include the following: • Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles to make a difference in members’ lives with a strong customer-focused approach. • Provide legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels. • Prepare, package, and label bakery products to Lake Country Co-op standards while maintaining production records. • Maintain and display all types of bakery products according to department standards. • Monitor code dates to always ensure the freshest inventory is on the shelf; follow First in, first out (FIFO). • Accept and prepare cake orders according to customer specifications. • Ensure to keep a clean and well-maintained department. • Support and follow Asset Protection and Safety Management systems, policies, and procedures. • Perform other duties as assigned.
