Qualifications Candidates should possess strong phone etiquette skills, including professional call handling and message-taking. Candidates should possess administrative assistance abilities, such as scheduling, filing, and document preparation. Candidates should possess effective communication skills for interacting with customers and internal staff. Candidates should possess proficiency with office equipment and basic computer applications (e.g., email, word processing, spreadsheets). Candidates should possess clerical skills, including data entry, record keeping, and attention to detail.
