CGC Inc. is currently recruiting a Maintenance & Stores Clerk for our Little Narrows Quarry in Little Narrows, NS! This is a permanent, full-time position on the day shift, Monday through Friday. Role & Responsibilities Receive and verify incoming shipments; maintain accurate record of all receiving transactions via computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) Manage and track inventories Ensure all items are properly checked out of inventory prior to leaving storeroom Organize, stock, rotate & clean shelves; maintain high housekeeping standards Facilitate CMMS and ensure equipment is operating at required performance levels Work with Maintenance group to organize a library of job plans and safety permits Manage all regular preventative maintenance work orders and maintenance schedule for the site Other duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience performing a similar maintenance and / or stores function in an industrial environment Strong desire to learn and work as part of a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team Advanced skill level and interest in the use of digital tools & platforms Leadership, time management, communication and problem-solving skills Track record of great work performance, attendance, and safety behaviors. Requirements
