Cartel Inc. is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established North York law firm for an experienced Real Estate Subdivision Clerk to join the firm's real estate team. This is a separate opportunity from the Residential Real Estate Clerk position. This role is specifically focused on subdivision matters and is not a residential purchase and sale clerk position. Requirements Previous experience working as a real estate clerk handling subdivision matters. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage subdivision files and related documentation efficiently. Proficiency with relevant real estate software is an asset. Must be comfortable working in a fully in-office environment.
