What You Bring… Post-Secondary education in Business Administration, Health Administration, Project Management, Office Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in project coordination, executive support, healthcare administration, operations, or a related role. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Forms, and Sharepoint. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, dashboards, reports, and project management tools. Strong analytical skills with the ability to organize and interpret data. Excellent written communication skills and ability to prepare polished reports, correspondence, and presentations. Exceptional organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with executives, home leadership teams, and external partners. Demonstrated discretion and professionalism when handling confidential or sensitive information. Experience within Long-Term Care, Retirement Living, healthcare, or another regulated environment is strongly preferred. Knowledge of the Ontario Long-Term Care and/or Retirement Home sectors and associated government and regulatory structures is considered a strong asset. The salary range is $65,000 - $67,500 based on experience and qualifications. The incumbent is required to work at the Head Office location Monday - Friday during regular business hours.
