Location: Onsite – 5 days per week (Mississauga) Compensation: $60,000 - $85,000, commensurate with experience + 10% Bonus Equity: Eligible to participate in the BoomerangFX Stock Option Plan after 6 months Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage Free parking 3 weeks Paid vacation What You'll Own Executive Support to Senior Leadership Serve as a right hand to senior leadership, ensuring daily priorities are managed with precision and urgency Own and manage a high-volume, complex calendar, optimizing for impact, efficiency, and strategic focus Manage and triage executive email communications, drafting responses, prioritizing actions, and ensuring nothing is missed Coordinate travel logistics with speed and attention to detail Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and executive briefings Attend meetings when required, capture key decisions, and drive follow-ups to completion Act as a gatekeeper and operator, protecting leadership's time while enabling the business to move quickly Operational Excellence & Corporate Support Ensure the executive office runs like a high-performance operating system — organized, efficient, and proactive Handle sensitive and confidential matters with the highest level of discretion Support tasks aligned with a corporate secretary function Identify inefficiencies and continuously improve how the executive office operates Project Coordination & People Operations Help maintain employee records, documentation, and operational workflows Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment across teams Support initiatives that reinforce a high-performance, accountable culture Assist in organizing company-wide meetings, events, and engagement initiatives What We're Looking For 6-8 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, CEO/Executive Office, or senior administrative role Proven experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced, high-growth environments Strong track record managing complex calendars, inboxes, and travel logistics Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion Experience supporting people operations is a strong asset Genuine comfort operating in a fast-paced, always-on environment where flexibility beyond standard hours is part of the role Who You Are Proactive & Anticipatory — you don't wait to be told what to do; you see what's needed and act Extremely Reliable — you are someone leadership can fully depend on Detail-Obsessed — you catch what others miss High Ownership — you take responsibility and follow through Calm Under Pressure — you perform in fast-moving, high-stakes situations Business-Minded — you understand priorities and think beyond tasks What Success Looks Like Senior leadership operates at maximum efficiency and focus Calendars, communications, and travel are seamless and optimized Priorities are executed quickly with zero drop-off The executive office becomes a central driver of execution and alignment Why BoomerangFX Be part of a company building the world's best all-in-one platform for practice management Work directly with senior leadership and gain exposure to high-level strategy and decision-making Play a key role in scaling a high-growth, high-performance organization on an active IPO path Join a team that values speed, ownership, and excellence
