Role Description The Executive Assistant at BASH DEVELOPMENTS is a full-time, on-site role based in North York, ON. This role provides high-level executive and administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing correspondence and reports. Day-to-day tasks include organizing and maintaining records, preparing and tracking expense reports, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items and communications. The Executive Assistant will liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners, support project-related documentation, and help streamline office operations. The role also involves anticipating executive needs, maintaining confidentiality, and contributing to an efficient, professional work environment. Qualifications Strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation. Experience handling Expense Reports and basic financial administration with attention to accuracy and timeliness. Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, executives, and team members. Proficient Administrative Assistance skills, including organization, record keeping, and office coordination. Proficiency with productivity software (e.g., MS Office or equivalent), scheduling tools, and digital filing systems. Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization abilities in a fast-paced environment. High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information. Previous experience in real estate, construction, or related industries is an asset. Post-secondary education in business administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
