Review driver paperwork and system records, process customer invoices, and prepare accurate driver settlements based on deliveries, mileage, rates, and bonuses. Analyze pricing and performance data, prepare reports, audit records, and work with customers and internal teams to resolve billing and settlement discrepancies.

Handle terminal administrative and dispatch support, including data entry, driver check-in and check-out, freight coordination, and customer inquiries. Maintain delivery and pickup records, process payments and deposits, support compliance and reporting, and coordinate with drivers and internal teams to meet customer requirements.

The clerk is responsible for reviewing driver paperwork, validating invoices, and processing driver settlements to ensure financial accuracy. They also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing discrepancies and prepare performance reports.
