Job Description We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our team in Montreal East, Quebec, Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. As a Scale Clerk, you will be responsible for tracking material receipts and shipments. You will weigh materials, produce weigh tickets, and respond appropriately to customers. What you’re responsible for: Greet customers and provide courteous service upon arrival. Weigh trucks and enter information into the system. Prepare delivery slips and shipping documents in the software. Answer phone calls and redirect requests as needed. Track material shipments and produce required reports. Perform general office tasks (opening customer accounts, filing, billing, etc.). Provide coverage at our Laval branch as needed. Qualifications To join our team: You have previous experience in a similar position (an asset). You are proficient in MS Office. You are organized, responsible, independent, and resourceful. You are able to work effectively as part of a team. You have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between our locations.
