Job Description As the Administration Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering and verifying sales and purchase contracts, ensuring data consistency and timely processing. What you’re responsible for: Entering sales and purchase contracts into the system accurately and efficiently; Verifying all entered orders for consistency and accuracy; Identifying and correcting data entry errors promptly; Coordinating daily administrative and clerical tasks for the department; Processing and pricing shipping tickets for Montreal and Laval; Updating market prices for incoming orders; Maintaining well-organized, up-to-date records of all processed orders. Qualifications To join our team: You have an A.E.C. or D.E.C. in office automation, administration, or another relevant field; You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative support or data entry; You are bilingual in French and English; You are autonomous, proactive and have a good learning capacity; You have an excellent command of the Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel level); You are highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
