Job summary
This will be a casual role in the fall, with the opportunity for a full time maternity leave in January. Qualifications Strong office administration and administrative assistance skills, including scheduling, record management, and general office coordination. Experience working with office equipment such as printers, scanners, phones, and basic troubleshooting of common issues. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact courteously and clearly with clients, families, and team members. Proficiency with common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email, and scheduling systems). comfort with social media and emerging technologies (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, CANVA, ChatGPT) Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy clinical environment. Previous experience in a healthcare or therapy setting is an asset but not required. High school diploma required; additional training or education in office administration or a related field is an advantage. Must have native or near-native English proficiency
