This role supports daily office operations, including managing phone calls, greeting visitors, and responding to email inquiries. The Administrative Assistant organizes schedules, maintains files and records, prepares basic documents and reports, and assists with data entry and invoicing. This position coordinates communication between the office, field crews, clients, and vendors, ensuring information is accurate and timely. The role also includes general clerical duties such as ordering office supplies, managing mail, and supporting leadership with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for handling scheduling, filing, data entry, and office organization. Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for interacting professionally with clients, vendors, and team members. Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance capabilities for supporting leadership with calendars, correspondence, and basic document preparation. Relevant skills such as proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email), attention to detail, and time management are beneficial. Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in construction, landscaping, or a related field, is an asset. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional coursework or certification in office administration is considered an advantage.
