Job Description

Operates switchboard, directs calls, responds to codes and alarms and provides information. Provides reception, registration, admission, discharge and clerical services.

  • Medical Administrative Assistant diploma

Additional Information

  • If no one qualified applies may hire under Conditional Hire; successful incumbent (must currently hold an Office Education Certificate) will be required to complete a Medical Specialty Certificate within one year of commencement.

  • Hours of work may be reduced on designated or statutory holidays.

  • The successful candidate is responsible to obtain and provide an original Criminal Record Check (CRC) & Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) from their local police service, RCMP or previous country/countries of residence that is dated within the past six (6) months that is satisfactory to the Saskatchewan Health Authority. Internal candidates may be required to provide a CRC & VSC during recruitment and selection process.
