Position title: Executive assistant - Office Manager

Located in Ville Saint-Laurent, MLSG, LLP is a chartered professional accountant firm offering professional services. Focusing on value-added solutions to their clients, it applies a comprehensive approach that requires the participation of a multidisciplinary team for providing a high quality personalized service.

The Executive assistant - Office Manager is responsible for various administrative tasks, various accounting tasks, management of various files and has an important role in the management of customer relations.

PRINCIPAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for the daily management of the office: logistics, stationery, IT support, etc;
  • Responsible for customer reception and phone calls;
  • Prepares and writes various documents: memos, reports, letters, presentations;
  • Perform filing managements for paper and electronic documents;
  • Manages and monitors billing
  • Prepares the financial statements using the "CaseView" software;
  • Manage appointments and calendars of the team;
  • Coordinates meetings and different events;
  • Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external clients;
  • Any other related tasks

QUALIFICATIONS

  • DEC in administration/accounting or the equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position 
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French (oral and written)
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office 
  • Knowledge of "CaseView" an asset
  • Knowledge of "Visio" an asset
