Administrative Assistant

Artemis goes hunting! We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for one of our clients located in ville Saint-Laurent. This role is a permanent role with a lot of stability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily reception of emails and ensuring proper dispatch
  • Daily collaboration and communication with other departments to ensure completion of tasks
  • Assist in processing lease documents and follow protocol put in place
  • Updating files and systems as required for proper tracking and archives
  • Personal assistant to manager, scheduling travels, creating commission reports, putting together expense claims, etc.…
  • Filing, scanning and miscellaneous tasks as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1+ years experience in commercial/retail real estate
  • Bilingual (verbal & written) with stronger English
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative, team player and customer service oriented
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • At ease with Excel, Word, with strong computer & internet search capability skills
