The Saguenay - Lac St-Jean Regional Office is looking to fill a permanent position of support agent at the construction site (unionized).


The person performs various clerical duties related to the operations of the regional management and inspection, characterized by the collection, the basic verification, the processing, the data transmission and the correction of anomalies to the invoicing of the works as well as 'to the profile of the employer.


  • Analyze the invoicing of works and other documents in order to detect situations of non-compliance, explain to the clients the risks and the means to correct the situation.
  • Maintain verbal and written communication with employers and employees in the industry to document and complete files;
  • Carry out clerical tasks related to the support of the work of the inspectors and technicians in the investigation of books of account and answer the information requests of the inspectors;
  • Check compliance reports on site reports, assign and follow up on complaints;
  • Validate, with the superior, the subjection of the works;
  • Identify and prioritize from inspection reports and other documents, at-risk sites and priority interventions;
  • Prepare and ensure compliance of criminal records with appropriate resources;
  • Safeguarding and archiving digital photographs for the purposes of criminal records;
  • Perform other related duties.


  • Have a high school diploma (D.E.S.);
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a job of the same nature including the manipulation of digital data;
  • Master the Office suite (Word and Excel);
  • Must be independent, detail-oriented, good at interpersonal communication and able to adapt to different demands.

Unionized position, hourly wage ranging between $ 21.03 and $ 25.64 according to the collective agreement.

Work Schedule: A five (5) day week followed by a four (4) day week.
