• Assist with and resolve field account inquiries

• Track and reconcile agent weekly allowances, debit balances and distribute correspondence regarding underwriting violations

• Assist with resolution of inquiries and discrepancies regarding overrides

Compliance and Quality of Business

• Receive, track Compliance and Duty of Care and record District field audit follow up

• Prepare required documentation to assist Manager with investigations

Sales results reporting

• Obtain, review, validate and record in the system sales results received from the field

• Distribute reports as required

• Verify, confirm and update hierarchy to ensure alignment with HO reports and all field status changes are correctly reflected

• Provide administrative support to Regional Administrators and Regional Managers by handling files, emails and correspondence, as well as general office duties

• Communicate with internal office and sales force via phone and email

Other administrative duties

• Answer telephone, arrange corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; schedule flights; book other transportation; arrange lodging and meeting accommodations

• Process invoices and expense reports

• Prepare monthly accruals for approval

• Prepare, input policy orders and distribute UCDs

• Track UCD flow and duplicate assignments

• Order, sort and distribute business cards, awards and supplies

• Other duties as required


• Bilingual French/English

• Secondary School or College degree

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience (preferable within insurance industry)

• Strong Microsoft Office skills required (Word, Excel and Outlook)

• Excellent time management and prioritization skills • Sense of urgency

• Attention to details and problem solving skills

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and follow up skills
