Dynamic, busy medical practice located in Pointe-Claire near the Lakeshore General Hospital. We care about the health and well-being of our patients and our community by offering outstanding care.

Full time position (40 hrs / week).
Availability: weekdays
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience

Main responsibilities:

Greet patients and ensure impeccable customer service
Manage phone calls, emails and patient inquiries
Schedule and confirm appointments with the doctor, liaise with other stakeholders
Interview patients to complete forms, documents and case histories
Ensure optimal management of clinical time slots
Pre-fill insurance payment forms, collect payments, and reconcile biweekly
Generate miscellaneous letters or emails in a very professional manner.
Provide patients with information related to the organization of their care
Establish and maintain confidential medical records
Digitize and file e-documents
Perform any other office-related duties

Proactive, resourceful, with good judgment and ability to work under pressure.
Capability to work independently, as well as being a strong team player.
Willingness and ability to continuously learn and adapt to improve status quo.
Proficiency in French and English (written and oral) is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and basic knowledge Pages / Numbers for Mac
Previous experience will be considered an important asset
A diploma in medical secretary (AEC, DEP or DES) an asset
