We are looking for a dynamic Wholesale Specialist to join our team!

As a member of the Wholesale team, the Wholesale Specialist will be the instrumental in the growth of the wholesale business. If you enjoy working in a fast evolving and growing environment this is the perfect position for you!

Responsibilities

  • Support DAVIDsTEA wholesale business with a focus on key accounts (logistics, paperwork, administrative support)
  • Manage incoming inquiries, documentation and requests from grocery / pharmacy clients
  • Identify ways to organize, improve efficiency; identify root causes, and manage operations to improve performance.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer service experience to all clients by providing them with information, sales quotations and any necessary follow up
  • Find innovative ways to address special requests
  • Create marketing briefs and update promotional calendar
  • Support the launch of marketing campaigns within the department
  • Execute competitive analyses, post mortems, and update/create new reports to help manage and grow the business.
  • Gather key information for projects and work alongside the Head of Alternate Sales Channels
  • Research prospective clients while actively providing recommendations and ideas to grow sales channel

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skilled, highly adaptable problem-solver and an organized multitasker
  • Forward-thinker that is able to go above and beyond to increase the level of customer satisfaction
  • Fluently bilingual (English and French)
  • Fast-learner, capable of taking on an increasing scope of responsibilities
  • Project management/implementation experience
  • Computer savvy with a strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Positive and enthusiastic goal driven team-player
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work cross-functionally
