Description

Part-time position of 22.5 hours / week. Work schedule from 8 am to 12:30 pm

The receptionist-operator, through her listening attitude, diligence and courtesy, maintains the positive image of the Society.

Main responsibilities:

  • Receive phone calls and route them to their recipient.
  • Greet visitors with courtesy, pay attention to their needs and promptly inform the people concerned.
  • Proceed to the reservation of the meeting rooms.
  • Forward general inquiries to Reception and Information Services staff so requests for information are processed as quickly as possible.
  • Record messages and send them electronically to the recipient.
  • Complete bill of lading, send and track delivery. Receive deliveries and forward them to their recipients without delay.
  • Ensure the supply of publications in displays is neat and orderly. Provide customer documentation at the front desk and provide, as appropriate, simple information.
  • Collaborate in the proper functioning of the Company's activities by performing any other task that may assist the needs of the service.

Specific qualifications required:

  • Have a high school diploma
  • Have a minimum of (3) years of work experience in functions requiring customer relations and the use of a telephone console.
  • Knowledge of customer service practices.
  • Knowledge of office software (internet, e-mail).
  • Knowledge of oral English.
