We are looking for an Executive Assistant that knows how to support high level executives. You will have to juggle with administrative, communication and coordination tasks. In summary, you will need to make sure that the President and the CFO achieve what they need to.

You will join close to 5,000 friendly and hardworking colleagues in a dynamic environment. Here is a quick overview of your responsibilities:


  • You will offer proactive support for upcoming meetings or projects and also follow up on activities resulting from these meetings. They have very busy schedules that need to be managed efficiently, including detailed travel plans that will allow them to be at the right place at the right time!


  • You will be responsible for correspondence, diverse presentations including the monthly ones for business reviews, communications on behalf of both at all levels of the organization, and the coordination of large communication initiatives with the Director of Communications. You will also serve as their liaison with our headquarter company.

Planning and coordinating:

  • Planning and coordinating of business and special events as well as employee meetings will be under your responsibility. You will also serve as a coordinator on strategic initiatives and projects at all levels.

To be successful in this role you need:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large organization
  • Highly resourceful team-player with very strong interpersonal, organizational and decision-making skills
  • Efficient self-starter with a demonstrated proactive approach
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, in both English and French
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Suite. network
