A career as an Executive Assistant at National Bank means being part of the transformation and having a direct impact on the customer. In this job, you'll act as a partner and strategic ally to the PVP Communications, Public Relations and ESG, as well as the PVP Legal Affairs. You will carry out a variety of tasks to optimize time and facilitate the achievement of business line objectives.

Your role:

  • Proactively manage agendas as well as e-mails/correspondence and follow-ups

  • Coordinate quarterly meetings/committees, offsites, internal meetings and ensure administrative follow-up (documentation, mailings, etc.) and provide administrative support to various external boards of directors

  • Write, translate or revise internal and external communications as required

  • Coordinate travel and business trips and prepare expense reports and bill payments

  • Take charge of various internal requests and act as a resource person (activities related to requests from IT, HR, etc.)

  • Confidentially interact with external organizations, senior management, and the Bank's various departments.

  • Coordinate philanthropic and public relations events.

  • Completed professional or college diploma or academic equivalent and five years of relevant experience

  • Experience as an assistant to members of senior management

  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and all the collaboration tools

  • Strong ability to adapt and be proactive

  • Professionalism, diligence, and confidentiality

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work on a team

  • Sense of autonomy, initiative, and urgency

  • Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will frequently interact with service providers or partners who speak a language other than French

  • Occasionally available to provide support outside normal working hours
